SECTION 9-1-52

   § 9-1-52  Cause of action for next lowestbidding qualified contractor. – Whenever a contractor or subcontractor, having been awarded the contract as thelowest qualified bidder, violates the state's prevailing wage, a cause ofaction shall be for the next lowest qualified bidder for any and all damagesincurred as the result of not being awarded the contract.
