SECTION 9-10-21

   § 9-10-21  Exemption of juror from process.– The person and estate of every juror attending any court in this state shall beexempt from all process in any civil action during the period of his or herattendance on the court and for three (3) days next before the time he or sheshall be required to appear and for the three (3) days next after he or sheshall be discharged.
