SECTION 9-15-21

   § 9-15-21  Stenographic reports andtranscripts. – Masters in chancery, auditors, and referees may employ stenographers to reportand transcribe the testimony taken in causes referred to them, and the cost ofthe reports and transcripts shall be allowed as part of the costs.
