SECTION 9-15-7

   § 9-15-7  Discharge or recommission ofrule. – The court may, at any time in its discretion, on motion of either party,discharge a rule or recommit a rule and report to the same referees, or, withconsent of the parties, to other referees; but a rule shall remain in fullforce until so discharged, and shall be continued without continuance fees,until report shall be made thereon.
