§ 9-18-3 - Address and time of service of notice.
SECTION 9-18-3
§ 9-18-3 Address and time of service ofnotice. – The notification issued by the magistrate, officer, or commissioner who shalltake the deposition shall be directed to any proper officer, or to anyimpartial or disinterested person, and shall be served a reasonable time, notless than twenty-four (24) hours, exclusive of Sundays and legal holidays,before the time of taking the deposition.
