SECTION 9-19-10

   § 9-19-10  Entries and memoranda ofdecedent introduced for successor in title to decedent. – Whenever the entries and written memoranda of a deceased person would beadmissible in favor of his or her representatives, such entries and memorandamay be admitted in favor of any person claiming title under or from thedecedent.
