SECTION 9-19-15

   § 9-19-15  Stenographic transcripts oftestimony in superior court. – Transcripts from stenographic notes of testimony duly taken in the superiorcourt or the family court, under statutory authority, verified by thecertificate of the stenographer taking the testimony, and allowed by the court,shall be admissible as evidence that the testimony was given, whenever proof ofthe testimony is otherwise competent.
