SECTION 9-19-22

   § 9-19-22  Severability. – If any provision of §§ 9-19-19 – 9-19-21 or the applicationthereof to any person or circumstance be held invalid, that invalidity shallnot affect any other provision or application of those sections which can begiven effect without the invalid provision or application, and to this end theprovisions of those sections are declared to be severable.
