§ 9-2-18.1 Acceleration of action forenforcement of mechanics' lien. – Upon motion of any party in an action to enforce a mechanics' lien, or in anaction on a bond or cash escrow provided pursuant to § 34-28-17, the courtmay grant that the hearing on the petition shall be given priority on thecalendar.
