SECTION 9-22-11

   § 9-22-11  Costs to defendant on withdrawalor discontinuance. – If the plaintiff in any case shall file his or her complaint as is provided bylaw and shall afterward withdraw or discontinue his or her suit after pleadingsfiled by the defendant, the defendant in the case shall recover his or hercosts.
