SECTION 9-22-17

   § 9-22-17  Taxation by clerk –Approval or revision by justice. – Subject to regulation by rule of court, all bills of costs shall be taxed bythe clerks of the respective court, and, when objected to, shall be revised orapproved by one of the justices of the court in which the judgment or order isentered, or by the justice of the district court, when the case is in adistrict court.
