§ 9-22-4 - Liability of surety.
SECTION 9-22-4
§ 9-22-4 Liability of surety. – Every surety shall be liable, in case the plaintiff shall not make good his orher case, to pay all costs that shall be awarded against the plaintiff;provided, that proceedings are brought therefor within one year after finaldecree or judgment in the suit or action.
