SECTION 9-24-25

   § 9-24-25  Certification to supreme courton agreed statement of facts. – Whenever any civil action, legal or equitable in character, is pending in adistrict court or in a superior court, and the parties shall file in theclerk's office an agreed statement of facts in the action, the court shallcertify the action to the supreme court to be there heard and determined. Afterhaving decided the action, the supreme court shall send back the paperstherein, with its decision certified thereon, to the court from which theaction was certified, which shall enter final judgment upon the decision.
