SECTION 9-24-30

   § 9-24-30  Return of cause to court fromwhich certified. – The supreme court, after having decided any cause or any question certified toit by a district court or the superior court, shall send back the papers in thecause, with its decision certified thereon, to the court from which thequestion or cause was certified, where all further proceedings shall be had.
