SECTION 9-25-22

   § 9-25-22  Execution against defendantreleased from arrest by court. – Whenever the court in which an original writ is returnable shall release thedefendant therein from arrest and discharge the bail, if any taken thereon, theexecution in such actions shall not issue against the body of the defendant soreleased, but against his or her goods and chattels and real estate.
