SECTION 9-26-10

   § 9-26-10  Redemption of mortgaged propertyby plaintiff in execution. – In case of such levy, the plaintiff in execution may redeem the mortgagedproperty in the same manner as the mortgagor might have done, and upon theredemption shall have the same lien on the property for the amount paid by himor her, with interest, as the mortgagee had.
