SECTION 9-26-21

   § 9-26-21  Copies of execution records asevidence. – A certified copy of the record of execution and return shall be admissible asevidence of the contents of the execution and return; and in the event of thedestruction, loss, or obliteration of the return, amendments thereof may beallowed to be made upon a copy of the record certified by the city clerk, townclerk, or recorder of deeds, as the case may be, of the city or town whereinthe deed, execution, or return shall have been recorded, with the same effectas if the amendment had been made on the original return.
