SECTION 9-26-23

   § 9-26-23  Sale and transfer of stock.– The stock or shares, or so much thereof as shall be necessary, shall beadvertised and sold in the same manner as other personal property levied on byexecution, and a deed or deeds thereof given by the officer shall vest in thepurchaser all the right, title, and interest of the defendant in the shares sosold, and shall be recorded by the recording officer of the company, subject tothe provisions of § 6A-8-317.
