SECTION 9-26-30

   § 9-26-30  Priority of attachments. –In all attachments of real estate, or of goods and chattels, or of personalestate in the hands of a trustee, or of stock or shares in any bankingassociation or other incorporated company, he or she who shall first procureany attachment to be made for any just debt or damages shall be entitled tohave his or her debt or damages satisfied before any other demand for which theproperty shall be attached or taken by execution at the suit of any otherperson, and all others in order of attachment.
