SECTION 9-26-31

   § 9-26-31  Priority of levies. – In all levies on execution upon real estate, goods and chattels, stocks orshares, or other subject of levy on execution whatsoever, he or she who shallfirst procure the attachment, if any, or, if there is no attachment, he or shewho shall first procure levy to be made, shall be entitled to have his or herdebt or damages satisfied before any other demand for which the property may besubsequently attached, or levied on by execution, at the suit of any otherperson; and all others in order of their attachments or levies.
