SECTION 9-26-32

   § 9-26-32  Time of day of levy to be noted.– As diverse levies of the same real or personal estate may happen to be made onthe same day, the officer who shall make any such levy, whether of real orpersonal estate, shall in his or her return set forth the time of the day whenthe levy was made, to the end that the priority of the attaching and levyingcreditors may be known.
