SECTION 9-26-33

   § 9-26-33  Discharge after twenty years oflevy against real estate. – On and after July 1, 1980, any executions levied against real estate,heretofore or thereafter of record, unless the levy is against only one spousein real estate held as tenants by the entirety, shall be deemed discharged ofrecord and no longer a lien upon the real estate therein described or referredto after the expiration of a period of twenty (20) years from the date ofjudgment in the case in which the execution was issued.
