SECTION 9-29-10

   § 9-29-10  Compensation for keeping ofattached personal property. – The superior court or district courts, upon petition made by any sheriff orother officer setting forth the facts on oath, may allow such fair compensationfor the keeping of personal property attached and held on mesne process asshall on examination be found to be reasonable.
