SECTION 9-29-11

   § 9-29-11  Allowances for service of searchwarrant and aid in other process. – A reasonable allowance may be made by any court or magistrate to an officerserving a search warrant and to any person employed by an officer as aid in theservice of any process, whenever the allowance shall be adjudged necessary bythe court or justice, not exceeding in any case one dollar ($1.00) per day toeach person so employed.
