SECTION 9-29-13

   § 9-29-13  Naturalization fees. – No fee shall be required in any court upon any declaration or petition underthe naturalization laws of the United States, or for any process or procedurethereunder, except as hereinafter provided. The clerk's fee in such cases,including certificate, shall be five dollars ($5.00), which shall be depositedinto the general fund and credited to the supreme court account.
