SECTION 9-3-3

   § 9-3-3  Enforcement of attorney's lien.– Any lien created by the provisions of §§ 9-3-1 and 9-3-2 may, at theelection of the attorney, be established, foreclosed, and enforced by a civilaction, which action may be tried and determined according to the usages inchancery and the principles of equity.
