SECTION 9-30-12

   § 9-30-12  Construction. – This chapter is declared to be remedial; its purpose is to settle and to affordrelief from uncertainty and insecurity with respect to rights, status, andother legal relations; and is to be liberally construed and administered. Theremedy provided by this chapter shall be cumulative and shall not exclude orprevent the exercise of any other right, remedy, or process heretofore allowedby law or by previous enactment of the legislature.
