SECTION 9-5-21

   § 9-5-21  Signature of processes in actioninvolving clerk of court. – Whenever the clerk of any court shall be a party to an action, suit, or otherproceeding, civil or criminal, all processes issuing from the court thereonshall be signed by a justice thereof.
