SECTION 9-5-35

   § 9-5-35  Service of court papers at work.– No employer within this state is permitted to refuse or obstruct the service ofany court process upon an employee at the place of employment and such serviceshall not be grounds for dismissal of the employee. The employer may designatean area where the service may be effected.
