SECTION 9-5-9

   § 9-5-9  Warrants for commitment toinstitutions. – Any warrant or mittimus issued from any district court committing any person tothe Exeter school or the institute of mental health shall be directed to andexecuted by duly authorized agents of the department of human services, whoshall make return thereon, the provisions of any other law to the contrarynotwithstanding.
