§ 9-8-6 - Reinstatement.
SECTION 9-8-6
§ 9-8-6 Reinstatement. – Any case dismissed under §§ 9-8-3 – 9-8-5, may be reinstated bythe court with or without terms upon motion within one year from dismissal, ifthe court deems it proper to prevent injustice.
