SECTION 9-9-24

   § 9-9-24  Appeals from jury commissioner.– Any person aggrieved by the decision of the jury commissioner may, within oneyear from the time when his or her name was drawn, appeal to the superiorcourt, which sitting without a jury, shall hear and determine the appeal andorder that the name be placed upon or withdrawn from the list. Notice of thependency of the appeal shall be given to the jury commissioner by citation. Thedecision of any justice of the superior court upon the appeal shall be final.
