SECTION 9-9-27

   § 9-9-27  Retention of jury lists. –Lists and records required to be filed and/or preserved in the office of thejury commissioner by the provisions of this chapter may be destroyed upon orderof the presiding justice of the superior court when he or she determines theirretention is no longer required.
