SECTION 9-9-30

   § 9-9-30  Promulgation of rules andregulations. – Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the jury commissioner shall, withthe approval of the presiding justice of the superior court, promulgate rulesand regulations for the efficient operation of the jury system within thecounties of the state. Such rules and regulations shall become final afterapproval by the supreme court and upon filing in the office of the secretary ofstate, unless otherwise specified at the time of approval by the supreme court.
