1-16A-73.19. Persons participating in other recruitment incentive programs ineligible. No person may participate in the recruitment incentive program established by §§ 1-16A-73.13 to 1-16A-73.19, inclusive, who is participating in, or has previously participated in, this or any other state or federal tuition reimbursement or forgiveness program.
