1-16A-73.3. Municipalities authorized to appropriate funds for physician tuition reimbursement. Any municipality may appropriate funds for the purpose of carrying out the provisions of §§ 1-16A-71.1, 1-16A-72.1, and 1-16A-73.1 to 1-16A-73.5, inclusive.
