1-16G-2. South Dakota Development Corporation annual action plan. The South Dakota Development Corporation, created in Executive Order 83-12 shall submit its annual action plan to the Board of Economic Development for approval or disapproval. The action plan shall outline the basic goals and objectives of the corporation and shall be submitted prior to July first of each state fiscal year. At the conclusion of each fiscal year, the corporation shall prepare, or cause to be prepared and submit an annual report to the Board of Economic Development.
