Section 1-16I-1 - Definitions.
1-16I-1. Definitions. Terms used in this chapter mean as follows:
(1) "Authority," the South Dakota Energy Infrastructure Authority created pursuant to this chapter;
(2) "Board," the board of directors of the authority.
