Section 1-22-2.3 - Arts council to continue in Department of Tourism and State Development.
1-22-2.3. Arts council to continue in Department of Tourism and State Development. The arts council shall continue, with all its functions, in the Department of Tourism and State Development. The secretary of the Department of Tourism and State Development shall perform the functions formerly exercised by the former secretary of the Department of Education and Cultural Affairs, relating to the arts council.
