Section 1-33-12 - Performance of functions of former Division of Personnel.
1-33-12. Performance of functions of former Division of Personnel. The Bureau of Personnel within the Department of Executive Management shall, under the direction and control of the commissioner of personnel, perform all the functions of the former Division of Personnel of the Department of Administration created by chapter 1-14.
