1-33-13. Administrative functions performed for civil service commission by personnel bureau. The Bureau of Personnel shall, under the direction and control of the commissioner of personnel, perform all administrative functions except special budgetary functions (as defined in § 1-32-1) of the Law Enforcement Civil Service Commission created by chapter 3-7.
