1-33-34. Five-year action plan and budget. The bureau shall prepare, or cause to be prepared, an action plan and budget detailing the goals and objective identified by the bureau for a five-year period and shall submit such action plan and any amendments thereto to the commissioner of information and telecommunications by July first of each year.
