1-33-5. Offices of bureaus--Supervisors or directors. The Bureau of Finance and Management, the Bureau of Intergovernmental Relations, and the Bureau of Personnel in the Department of Executive Management, all created by § 1-33-3, shall have as their principal subunits, offices which shall be headed by supervisors or directors who are exempt from the system of career service personnel management established by chapter 3-6A. No divisions may be created in the bureaus referred to in this section.
