Section 1-33-52 - Leases of information processing equipment--Maximum duration.

1-33-52. Leases of information processing equipment--Maximum duration. The Bureau of Information and Telecommunications may contract for the lease or lease/purchase of information processing equipment for state agencies. Such contracts may not exceed five years.
