1-35-5. Administrative functions performed for State Banking Commission by banking division. The Division of Banking shall, under the direction and control of the director of the Division of Banking, perform all administrative functions except special budgetary functions (as defined in § 1-32-1) of the State Banking Commission created by chapter 52-2.
