1-36A-1.20. Authority to use institutional personnel or inmates for certain projects. The Department of Human Services may expend any moneys appropriated by the Legislature for maintenance, repair, remodeling, modernization, and replacement projects by using institutional personnel or inmates as may be determined by the secretary to be feasible.
