Section 1-36A-1.23 - Disbursements accruing to and for benefit of patients.

1-36A-1.23. Disbursements accruing to and for benefit of patients. The Department of Human Services may receive and disburse from social security benefits, retirement annuities, and such other funds as may accrue to patients in residence at institutions under jurisdiction of the department. Such disbursement shall be made for the benefit of the patient.
