1-36A-1.5. Boards and advisory councils transferred to department. The following boards and advisory councils are hereby continued and transferred to the Department of Human Services:
(1) The planning council on developmental disabilities;
(2) The mental health planning and coordination advisory board;
(3) The board of vocational rehabilitation;
(4) The drug and alcohol abuse advisory council; and
(5) The board of service to the blind and visually impaired.
