1-36A-6. Vocational rehabilitation rules and regulations deemed adopted by Department of Human Services. All rules adopted before July 1, 1989, by the Department of Vocational Rehabilitation or the Board of Vocational Rehabilitation relating to the subject matter of this chapter, shall be deemed to have been adopted by the Department of Human Services.
