1-36A-8. Administrative functions performed for committee on employment of people with disabilities. The Department of Human Services shall, under the direction and control of the secretary of human services, perform all administrative functions except special budgetary functions (as defined in § 1-32-1) of the advisory committee on employment of people with disabilities, created by chapter 60-7.
